Ordering/Shipping/Exchange Policy


Ordering

We try to maintain stock on all items, but please allow up to 5 days for your order to ship. Depending on the time of year, it's quite possible that your particular order was made to order. If your order shall take longer than 5 days to deliver, you will be notified by the email address you used to place your order.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for all domestic orders on leather handbags. Shipping is on us for orders over $200. You will receive a tracking/shipping notification to the email address you provided when your order is ready to ship. We ask that you provide a valid street address- no PO Boxes please.

For International shipping, we use USPS services and charge a flat fee. Please note, Shana Luther is not responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods and/or lost or stolen packages.

Local Pick-up Option

We now offer local pick-up! After placing your order please reach out to us via email and someone will get back to you to arrange for you to pick-up.

Returns/Exchanges

We stand behind our bags and believe that you are going to love your purchase! If for some reason you aren't satisfied, you may exchange for another product or return for store credit within 10 day of purchase. If you wish to do so, please contact us for instructions.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of wear.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us- orders@shanaluther.com
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
