Fabric Face Masks

There are many ways to make a simple face mask at home but I find this way to be quite foolproof and you don’t need to trace a paper pattern. You can view the tutorial on my Instagram page but to get you started, here’s what you need-

•100% cotton- light to medium weight (pre-washed to get shrinkage out)
•Scissors
•Iron
•Sewing machine
•Elastic or something that can make a ties (i.e., ribbon or even shoelaces)

I’m here and happy to help so please contact us with any questions. Share this with your friends & family and be sure to tag me, @shanaluther, if you post photos of your masks. I’d love to see them!

Because we’re all stuck at home, I plan on introducing some other fun tutorials (leather tassels, anyone?) so be sure to follow me on Instagram to stay in the know.

Stay safe, stay healthy, and be sure to check in on your neighbors, loved ones and friends.
